Our experienced Energy Advisers can check whether you may qualify for assistance, help you complete applications, and provide support with fuel supplier issues, prepayment meter difficulties and maintaining your energy supply during periods of financial hardship. Where appropriate, we can also refer you to other Council Advice Services to maximise your income and access additional support.
