Volk Gallery is proud to present the work of DD Dragon. Each Volk artist is given a size limit and budget and left to their own devices. With this brief, Dragon has produced a previously unreleased EP that is “a bit too disturbed” for traditional streaming platforms. Songs are loaded onto mini SD cards (with an accompanying USB-C converter) so we can listen in our own chosen spaces. Tracks feature dark textures, gritty drums and fervent verses tossing and turning between becoming a devil and giving into lunacy. “I wrote it with the idea of if I let everything that stresses me out drive me mad, what would I become?”
