For Skin Piercing and Tattooing premises. If you are self employed in a premises you will also need to apply for a licence. If you are employed by the Licence Holder of a premises then then you will be covered under the premises licence.

First Aid Requirements

Apply and Pay Online

You can apply and pay online at my.dundeecity.gov.uk.

In order to apply you will need the following documents :

A copy of your public liability insurance (5 million cover)
A copy of any relevant certificates
A copy of your first aid certificate

N.B. If you are regulated by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) if they are then you are exempt from having to apply for a licence.
