5 James Lindsay Place- The Life Sciences Innovation Hub is in the heart of the City of Dundee in a prime city centre location, immediately adjacent to the University of Dundee campus and it's thriving centre of life sciences research and innovation.
- It is well served by public transport being walkable in 15 minutes from the Dundee train station, with bus services running past the site every 10 minutes. There is also a dedicated car park for the Hub as well as EV charging and bicycle lockers on site.
- Dundee Airport is a 5-minute drive and is open seven days a week with daily flights to London Heathrow.
- Edinburgh and Glasgow International airports are in easy reach by private or public transport with travel time approximately 60-90 minutes.

- The Life Sciences Innovation Hub is a flagship
- facility at the heart of the new Dundee Life Sciences Innovation District. It offers high spec laboratory and office accommodation to support your company to grow, scale and thrive.
- The turnkey fully-serviced space is designed for immediate occupation. We have biopharma space offering access to ready to go chemistry laboratories. There is flexible laboratory and office spaces for biotech, medtech and informatics companies seeking to develop their technologies and innovation. As well access to on-site core facilities such as tissue culture and a shared equipment room, our community of innovators will have priority access to a dedicated NMR and be able to access the world class technology platforms and expertise of the University of Dundee just across the road.
