The City Centre is accessed from Marketgait, the inner ring road and Dock Street (A92), the A92 being a main arterial route between Aberdeen and Fife. - An opportunity is available for an existing cafeteria, restaurant, public house or catering establishment to let a site within Albert Square to use as an outdoor hospitality space for a one year period.
- The successful business would require to obtain both planning permission and an outdoor hospitality permit to use this area as an outdoor hospitality space. Further consents/permissions, eg building warrant and an occasional license to sell alcohol, may also need to be sought depending on the proposals for the site.
