This is a mat based cardio and strength with a bit of stretch class that blends low impact cardio, strength work and a long, recovery style stretch at the end. It uses simple, flowing bodyweight movements so you get the 'power yoga' feel without needing any yoga experience. Expect a mix of standing and floor based exercises, options to make it easier or harder, and a big focus on leaving class feeling looser, calmer and stronger. Bring a mat and a set of hand weights if you want a challenge.

Two classes every Wednesday night 6pm and 7pm.
