What's On - All About Felt | Artist Talk by Pauline Lavery

A talk by Dundee artist Pauline Lavery on the history of felt and the techniques used in her work.

Pauline Lavery is a Dundee artist and felt maker, who studied Fine Art at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, before following a career in teaching until 2017. Since then, she has taken the opportunity to develop her artwork, creating felted pieces and painting local scenes.

Pauline’s talk will focus on felting: touching on the history of felt, explaining different felting techniques and showing examples of her felt work. Come along and join Pauline to discover more about the felt.
