Fotoula Adrimi - Shamanism and the Earth: Working Shamanically With the Land and Nature Spirits

Shamanism is one of the most ancient spiritual practices in the world. At its heart is a profound relationship with the Earth and an understanding that we are both physical and spiritual beings. The same is true of the plants, rocks, hills, rivers and animals around us. Each place has a spirit and is inhabited by spirits. The physical world is only the tip of the iceberg; beyond what we can see exists an unseen spiritual reality.
