Come along to Central Library to visit a range of information stalls from local health & wellbeing organisations, including NHS, Maxwell Centre, Boomerang, DVVA, Positive Steps, CAMHS, How It Felt, AMINA, Penumbra, Bethany Trust, International Women's Centre and more.

You are also welcome to come along to any of the activities we have on offer below throughout the week at Central Library no booking required and all are free!

Opportunities Room: Central Library Explore the range of wellbeing courses you can access on the library's online resource, Universal Class.
