For the first time ever and in his Mother's home town of Dundee, you will hear about a remarkable life and career that has taken him from humble beginnings and personal struggles to going on to become an Olympic Superstar.

Daley’s charismatic, uncompromising, anti-establishment persona made him a superhero to the public and an inspiration to generations of Britons.

For a decade he would go on to win the Gold Medal at the Inaugural World Championships held in Helsinki in 1983,Gold Medals at the 1982 & 1986 European Championships, 3 Gold Medals at the 1978, 1982 & 1986 Commonwealth Games and was a 2 time Olympic Gold Medalist in 1980 in Moscow and again in 1984 at the Los Angeles Olympics setting World records along the way .

A winning machine, unrelenting and invincible at the peak of his powers, his supremacy was a product of his singular willpower and courage.

To many, Daley was and remains the ultimate Olympian but with all the flaws and frailties as the rest of us.
