Join Erin Farley from the Local History Centre for a walking tour around central Dundee in the footsteps of our most famous poet. This is a chance to hear some of McGonagall’s poems in the places which inspired them, and learn about the world he lived in and his supporters and detractors amongst the lively social life of 19th century Dundee. Please wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather as we plan to go ahead unless it is truly awful! The route will be step-free but will include some slopes and uneven surfaces.
**Meet in the Victoria Road foyer, Central Library.
This event is free but booking essential via eventbrite.
