What's On - Brew Defender Reset at The Newport Inn Summer Sessions

Brew Defender Reset is bringing a unique outdoor wellness experience to The Newport Inn Summer Sessions, overlooking the beautiful River Tay.

Join us for a one-hour sauna, cold plunge, fire and coffee experience designed to help you slow down, switch off and feel properly reset. Set beside the waterfront, guests can move between the heat of the sauna, the cold plunge, and the fire pit, before finishing with a Brew Defender coffee in hand.

The Newport Inn Summer Sessions will run on the first weekend of every month until September, bringing together great food, live DJ sets, drinks, outdoor atmosphere and more exciting things throughout the season.

Whether you’re coming for the music, the food, the views, or a full reset by the water, it’s the perfect way to enjoy a summer weekend on the Tay.
