All change of names are dealt with at National Records of Scotland Edinburgh - Information and forms can be found on their website. Naming ceremonies are not taking place at this time.

This office is open to the public for birth and marriage registrations by appointment only. Death registrations are still being done remotely by telephone, also by appointment only.
Please call 01382 435222 (during office hours) or email registrars@dundeecity.gov.uk with all queries. Please be aware that emails will be responded to in priority order due to the present strain on the service.
