Our houses are located in estates spread throughout the city. We have some accommodation in the city centre but the majority of our houses are within 1 to 3 miles of the city centre. All of our housing estates are served by good public transport system and have local primary schools and shopping.
The rent is due on Monday each week for the coming week and you can arrange to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly. If you choose to pay monthly, you will pay one month in advance.
Number of rooms is the number of bedrooms and the living room. It does not include bathroom/kitchen/cloakroom.
Although we will follow homelessness law and guidance when we make a decision on your homelessness application, you have the right to request a review of our decision. Requesting a review means that you think we have made the wrong decision or that we have not had enough information to make the right decision on your case.

Applications are accepted from anyone aged 16 years and over who wish to live in Dundee.
If you or your partner/spouse are aged 60 years or over you can apply for sheltered housing.
