Following the enormous success of last year’s inaugural Waterstones Children’s Book Festival, our celebration of the magic of children’s literature returns in 2026. Coming to Dundee from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 February and jam-packed with author events, workshops, activities and more, book your tickets now for a truly unmissable event.
Budding astronauts and tractor enthusiasts are invited to join author Ross MacKay to meet Big Red and Toby the Tractor who are on a rocky intergalactic adventure in Ross’s new picture book, Tractors in Space. Ross will read from Tractors in Space and get children to create their very own customised tractor.
