Pint of Science is a non-profit organisation that aims to bring the research of a city to its public. Join us to celebrate Dundee's cutting edge research into a range of topics across the spectrum of science, humanities and the arts!

Please purchase tickets via the following link: https://pintofscience.co.uk/event/in-the-wonderland-of-physics/

Join us at Giddy Goose to go on an epic journey from fluid flows to atomic flaws, star clusters and newborn planets. With varied speakers from across the city, we will be exploring how physics shapes our world across the scales.

We'll be joined by the following speakers:

- Dr. Anna Katsiavria (Postdoctoral Research Assistant in Medical and Industrial Engineering at the University of Dundee), 'Instabilities in sliding fluids and the effect of molecular tadpoles'.

- Aryaveer Singh (PhD student in the Department of Physics at the University of Dundee), 'Detection and Identification of Point Defects in Energy Materials using Positron Annihilation Spectroscopy Techniques'

- Ernesto Mustienes Rondo (PhD student at the University of Dundee), 'What can Stellar-Cluster Observations tell us about Space?'.

- Dr. Soko Matsumura (Lecturer in Physics at the University of Dundee), 'Exomoons: Where Are They Hiding?'
