What's On - Sam Lake: Ed Fringe Preview

On Friday 4th July award-winning comedian Sam Lake brings a work-in-progress version of his much-anticipated new show 'You're Joking!? Not Another One' to Dundee and Number 57 ahead of the Fringe.

Sam Lake is a multi-award-winning stand-up comedian. A regular at some of the biggest clubs up and down the country, he has three critically-acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe shows under his belt already, with his 2023 show being crowned Best Reviewed Edinburgh Fringe Shows of 2023 by the British Comedy Guide.

Sa s support act of choice is the fantastic Kate Hammer. Anaemic, Canadian, and disgusting, Kate Hammer (BBC Short Stuff) has performed at Just for Laughs, opened for Karen Dunbar, and was a semi-finalist for LGBTQ Comedian of the Year and Funny Women 2022. A writer, performer, and all-round emotionally unavailable person, she is ready to be way too personal, wear high-waisted jeans, and make you laugh.
