This course meets childcare registration requirements for employees working in a low-risk workplace who care for babies and children.

Course Duration – 1 Day (6.5 hours)

Course Content:
• Accidents in the home/nursery
• Contents of a first aid kit
• Recovery position
• CPR
• Shock
• Anaphylaxis
• Fractures
• Head injuries
• Wounds and bleeding
• Burns and scalds
• Choking

A fun, interactive course, designed to keep you engaged and have fun while you learn vital skills.

Assessment and Certification
Your ability is assessed throughout the day using a range of quizzes, questioning, games, and scenarios. An end of course multiple choice test must be completed.

Upon completion, you will receive an FAIB accredited certificate recognised by HSE and Care Inspectorate.

To help us go paperless certificates will be emailed after completion. A hard-copy certificate is available upon request.
