On 28 April three PhD students from the James Hutton Institute/University of Dundee will be discussing their research into barley and climate change. The talk will be chaired by Bella, the brewmaster of 71 Brewery, and the event will be held at Canvas (16 Ure St, Dundee DD1 5JD, up from the Whitehall Theatre). It's a free lunchtime event, and the bar will be open for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, but do bring a packed lunch.
